Giles
Giles is the founder of Physio Health Solutions, opened in 2024 and a proud Maitland local. Giles graduated from Newcastle University in 2017 and has a wide experience across private practice, defence and sporting communities over the last 10 years.
Giles believes that true holistic care delivers the best outcomes and this has become a feature of the practice since it’s inception. At Physio Health Solutions, we connect with GP clinics, specialists, collegues and local hospitals to deliver best patient outcomes. Giles is commited to professional development and building trusted networks in the community.
Giles’ expertise is musculoskeletal healthcare across all ages and he has a particular interest in the neck, shoulder and upper limb injuries. Giles is enrolled in a Masters of Pain Management at the University of Sydney, and is enthusiastic about improving outcomes in complex pain presentations.

Outside of work, Giles enjoys golf, music and catching up with friends. Giles values keeping physiotherapy approachable and human-focused.
Ben
Ben is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with 10 years of experience across private practice, military and defence settings, WorkCover, onsite physiotherapy, and extensive work within the mining industry.
Ben completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle in 2016 and further completed a postgraduate Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 2023.
Ben has a strong focus on diagnosis and patient outcomes—his ethos centres around understanding, clear communication, and practical treatment planning. Ben wants you to feel informed, confident, and involved throughout the process.
